The main rivers in Heilongjiang Province have all opened for navigation.

The reporter learned from the Hydrology and Water Resources Center of Heilongjiang Province that at 10:00 on April 30th, the Xing'an section of the main stream of the Heilongjiang River started to flow; at 11:30, the Malun section of the main stream of the Heilongjiang River started to flow. Up to now, the main rivers in Heilongjiang Province have opened for the season.
