The Zicai Dabridge is open to traffic, and all 27 bridges crossing the Pinglu Canal have been completed.

Today, the Pngl Grand Canal Zimai Bridge officially opened, marking the completion of all 27 canal bridges along the Pngl Grand Canal. The Pngl Grand Canal officially began construction in August 2022, with plans for the entire line to be navigable by September of this year. The Pngl Grand Canal is the backbone project of the Western Land and Sea New Passage, an iconic project to accelerate the construction of a strong transportation country, and it is also the first major canal in New China that connects rivers and seas.
