Oracle stated that the Jupiter project will utilize up to 2.45GW of Bloom Energy's fuel cell capacity to cover all energy costs of the project. The plan is expected to create 4,000 construction jobs and 1,500 long-term positions.

Rambus reported an adjusted earnings per share of $0.55 in the first quarter, with an operating profit margin of 34%. It is expected that product revenue in the second quarter will be between $95 million and $101 million, contract and other revenue will be between $19 million and $25 million, and licensing orders will be between $76 million and $82 million.
