On April 27th, the Minzhi plot in Longhua District, Shenzhen was up for auction with a starting price of 9.83 billion yuan, attracting many property developers such as Tianjian, Shenye, Jianfa, and Zhongjian Yiping. After 60 rounds of online and offline bidding, the plot was sold to Shenzhen Tianjian Real Estate for approximately 13.78 billion yuan, with a comprehensive floor price of about 30,994 yuan per square meter, a premium rate of 40.18%, showing the high demand for residential land in the core area of Shenzhen.
