Shanggong Shenbei announced that its operating income in 2025 was 4.351 billion yuan, a decrease of 1.36% compared to the previous year. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 142 million yuan, compared to a net loss of 244 million yuan in the same period of the previous year. The company plans not to distribute profits, not to pay cash dividends, not to issue bonus shares, and not to implement other forms of distribution including capital reserve transfer for share capital increase.
