Silan Microelectronics: Signed a 335 million yuan contract with a subsidiary of Zhaochi Corporation for Mini/MicroLED testing and sorting equipment.

Silicon Electronics announced that the company recently signed Fixed Asset Purchase Contracts with Jiangxi Zhaochi Semiconductor Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi Zhaochi Crystal Display Co., Ltd., with the contract targets being semiconductor testing equipment. The contract amount with Zhaochi Semiconductor is 42.921 million RMB, and the contract amount with Zhaochi Crystal Display is 292 million RMB, with a total amount of 335 million RMB, accounting for 80.05% of the company's audited operating income in 2025. Zhaochi Semiconductor is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhaochi Corporation, and Zhaochi Crystal Display is a subsidiary of Zhaochi Corporation. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction. The signing of this contract represents an important breakthrough in the company's business in the Mini/MicroLED field, mainly aimed at meeting customers' demands for more efficient testing and sorting of smaller and more precise Mini/MicroLED chips, providing customers with advanced chip testing and sorting solutions.
