Qixia Construction: President's Assistant Liu Rui has been detained and resigned.

Qixia Construction Announcement stated that on April 24th, the company received a notification from the Qixia District Supervisory Committee of Nanjing City that the assistant to the CEO, Liu Rui, has been placed under coercive measures. On the same day, the Board of Directors received Liu Rui's written resignation report, in which he applied to resign from the position of assistant to the CEO for personal reasons. After the resignation takes effect, Liu Rui will no longer hold any position in the company. The company stated that according to the Company Law and the Company's Articles of Association, Liu Rui's resignation will take effect from the date of the report being delivered to the Board of Directors, and this matter will not affect the normal operation of the company's daily management.
