According to the China Trade Remedy Information Network, on April 21, 2026, the US Department of Commerce announced the anti-dumping final ruling on chassis and its components imported from Mexico, Thailand, and Vietnam. It was determined that the dumping margin of Mexican producers/exporters is 32.37%, Dee Siam Manufacturing Co., Ltd. from Thailand has a dumping margin of 72.85%, and other Thai producers/exporters have a dumping margin of 72.85% - 129.63%, while Vietnamese producers/exporters have a dumping margin of 186.84%. At the same time, the US Department of Commerce issued the countervailing duty final ruling on chassis and its components imported from Mexico and Thailand, determining a subsidy rate of 76.91% for Mexican producers/exporters and 9.65% for Dee Siam Manufacturing Co., Ltd. from Thailand, and a subsidy rate of 10.50% - 10.72% for other Thai producers/exporters. This case mainly involves products under US customs codes 8716.39.0090 and 8716.90.5060. On March 18, 2025, the US Department of Commerce initiated anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations on chassis and its components imported from Thailand and Mexico, as well as an anti-dumping investigation on chassis and its components imported from Vietnam.
