The Tianyancha App shows that recently, Jiangsu Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. has undergone a business change, with its registered capital increasing from about 5.98 billion RMB to about 6.36 billion RMB. The company was established in December 2019, with Chen Jindong as its legal representative. Its business scope includes investment, construction, and operation management of environmental infrastructure, comprehensive environmental governance, and ecological protection and restoration projects, as well as research and development, promotion, and production operation of new environmental technologies, products, and equipment, resource recycling and green industry investment, etc. It is jointly owned by Jiangsu State-owned Capital Investment and Operation Group Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Guojin Investment Group Co., Ltd., Yangtze River Ecological Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd., and Nanjing Water Source Co., Ltd.
