In March 2026, the national electricity market completed a total transaction volume of 635.5 billion kilowatt-hours, a year-on-year increase of 25.9%. From January to March 2026, the total transaction volume of the national electricity market reached 184.16 billion kilowatt-hours, a year-on-year increase of 25.6%. In terms of trading scope, the intra-provincial transaction volume was 14.726 billion kilowatt-hours, a year-on-year increase of 29.3%; the inter-provincial and inter-regional transaction volume was 3.69 billion kilowatt-hours, a year-on-year increase of 12.6%. In terms of trading types, the medium and long-term transaction volume was 159.49 billion kilowatt-hours; the spot transaction volume was 24.67 billion kilowatt-hours. The green electricity transaction volume was 7.56 billion kilowatt-hours, a year-on-year increase of 3.1%.
