The Tianyancha App shows that recently, NIO New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Yao Jun as the legal representative and a registered capital of 5 million RMB. Its business scope includes engineering and technical research and experimental development, car sales, new energy vehicle whole vehicle sales, car parts retail, sales of new energy vehicle production testing equipment, centralized fast charging stations, and sales of new energy vehicle battery swapping facilities. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by NIO Automobile Technology Co., Ltd.
