Nestle confirms the sale of Blue Bottle coffee to Dazheng Capital.

On April 23, Nestle Group disclosed in its financial report that Nestle has agreed to sell Blue Bottle Coffee to Dah Chong Capital. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed in the first half of 2026.
