According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Feidong County Jingyuan Photovoltaic Power Generation Co., Ltd. and Feidong County Jingwan Photovoltaic Power Generation Co., Ltd. have been established, with Zou Zhiguang as the legal representative of both companies. The scope of business of both companies includes power generation, power transmission, power supply; solar power generation technical services; sales of photovoltaic equipment and components. According to QiChaCha's equity penetration display, both companies are indirectly fully owned by Jingke Technology.
