Masdar Company from the United Arab Emirates and the Montenegro Electricity Company (EPCG) signed an agreement to establish a joint venture in Montenegro with each holding a 50% stake, to develop large-scale renewable energy projects in Montenegro. The joint venture will deploy and operate clean energy projects, including solar photovoltaic, wind power, hydropower, pumped storage, standalone battery energy storage systems, and hybrid energy solutions.
