Due to allegations of illegal and irregular disclosure of information by the company and its controlling shareholder Lan Shi Group, the China Securities Regulatory Commission has formally filed a case against the company and Lan Shi Group on April 9, 2026, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China on Securities and Administrative Penalties. Regarding the reasons for the performance decline, the announcement stated that the company had not fully carried out the annual audit work during the disclosure of the 2025 annual performance forecast. Based on the current pre-audit situation, the company has made corresponding adjustments to the performance forecast.
