Fenglin Group: Wholly-owned subsidiary received "Tax Matter Notification Letter".

Fenglin Group Announcement: Guangxi Baise Fenglin Artificial Board Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, received a "Taxation Notice" issued by the National Taxation Bureau of Baise City, Youjiang District. During the period from June 1, 2022 to December 31, 2025, when tax authorities conducted a risk examination on Baise Fenglin's fulfillment of tax obligations and related tax matters, they found that some of the raw materials for which Baise Fenglin applied for value-added tax refund for comprehensive utilization of resources did not comply with regulations. Baise Fenglin is required to make corrections and adjustments to their declaration, make supplementary tax payments, and adjust their accounts on the basis of self-checking.
