The General Office of the People's Government of Guangdong Province has issued the "Action Plan for Accelerating the High-level Application of Artificial Intelligence in All Fields and Industries in Guangdong Province". The plan proposes "AI+" intelligent connected vehicles, accelerating the large-scale application of intelligent driving. It relies on the advantages of the new energy vehicle industry clusters in Guangzhou and Shenzhen to strengthen the layout of intelligent connected components and other parts. It speeds up the application of artificial intelligence in areas such as autonomous driving and intelligent cockpits, and promotes whole vehicle companies to actively strive for L3-level autonomous driving vehicle access and on-road pilot testing in accordance with procedures. It promotes the mutual recognition mechanism of cross-regional testing and demonstration of intelligent connected vehicles, and conducts orderly testing and commercial operation of intelligent driving in the Greater Bay Area.
