Fuyi Wine Group transforms into a global regional market operation model.

On April 22, the FuYi Wine Group announced that the company will continue to advance its global transformation project "FuYi Sharp Forward Plan" and transition to a new regional market operating model. Previously, FuYi operated under a divisional operating model, consisting of the Penfolds, FuYi Selection, and FuYi Americas divisions. Starting from October 1, 2026, the company will be divided into four major regional markets: Greater China, Americas, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe, and Emerging Markets. At the same time, FuYi announced personnel changes, with the current Penfolds General Manager for mainland China, Wu Mingfeng, being promoted to the global leadership team to oversee operations in Greater China. In terms of performance, the company is maintaining its earlier expectations that the EBIT in the second half of the 2026 fiscal year will be higher than in the first half.
