The Qichacha APP shows that recently, Shanghai Xin'an Satellite Communications Co., Ltd. was established, with business scope including: satellite communication services; manufacturing of satellite mobile communication terminals; sales of satellite mobile communication terminals; integration of satellite technology comprehensive application systems; design and services of integrated circuit chips; sales of integrated circuit chips and products. According to the Qichacha equity penetration display, the company is jointly held by Shanghai State-owned Capital Investment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Science and Technology Venture Capital Co., Ltd., among others.
