In the past month, the trade prices of mainstream consumer SSDs and memory modules in the channel retail end have been continuously falling. There is a lack of real market demand, and there is currently no sign of a halt in the decline. The pressure of channel market inversion is increasing, coupled with the continuous slow decline in low-end channel resources. Channel manufacturers are offering small discounts to individual customers to promote transactions. This week, the prices of memory modules and SSDs in the channel are generally continuing to fall. The industry SSDs are showing strong price resilience due to high production costs and tight supply of some QLC resources. In addition, in recent times, some storage manufacturers in the industry have resorted to price slashing behavior, and their more competitive low prices will also increase the pressure on other manufacturers to ship products.
