The establishment ceremony of the Photovoltaic Patent Pool Expert Guidance Committee and the Photovoltaic Patent Pool Co-construction Seminar was held in Beijing.

According to the National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center, on April 21, the establishment ceremony of the expert guidance committee of the photovoltaic patent pool and the seminar on co-construction of the photovoltaic patent pool were held in Beijing. The establishment of the expert guidance committee aims to provide normative supervision and guidance on the operation of the photovoltaic patent pool construction in China, and to promote the legal, compliant, and healthy development of the patent pool construction. After preliminary solicitation, selection, and review, the first batch of 14 experts were selected, covering areas such as intellectual property management, photovoltaic technology research and development, legal litigation, and anti-monopoly research. During the meeting, representatives from companies such as Tongwei Solar, JA Solar, and JinkoSolar jointly announced the launch of the TOPCon cell technology field photovoltaic patent pool.
