At the Talent Development Conference in Wuhan, Wuhan University Party Secretary Zhu Kongjun stated that in the past five years, the proportion of Wuhan University graduates staying in Wuhan for employment has exceeded 27%, surpassing developed areas such as the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Yangtze River Delta, as well as first-tier cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. The proportion of doctoral graduates staying in Wuhan has exceeded 35%. The school has reached 1032 national high-level talents, ranking at the forefront in the country in talent cultivation and attraction.
