According to the US media TechCrunch, Meta has found a new source of training data for its AI models: its own employees. The company plans to use data collected from its employees' mouse movements and keystrokes to build stronger and more efficient artificial intelligence. When TechCrunch contacted Meta for comment, a company spokesperson provided the following statement: "If we are going to build an intelligent system that can help people complete everyday tasks on computers, our models need real-life examples to understand how people actually use computers - such as mouse movements, button clicks, and navigating drop-down menus. To achieve this, we will introduce an internal tool to capture these input operations on specific applications to help train our models. We have implemented appropriate safeguards to protect sensitive content and ensure that this data will not be used for any other purposes."
