Kelaimeiyil: Intends to invest 290 million yuan to acquire a 50.98% stake in Shanghai Yila.

Kelaimechan Electric announced that it plans to invest 290 million yuan through capital increase to acquire 50.98% of the equity of Shanghai Yilai Technology Co., Ltd. After the completion of the transaction, Shanghai Yilai will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company and will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
