The information shows that the Beijing plot is located in Yizhuang New City YZ00-0303 block with a total land area of 48,600 square meters, divided into two subplots C13B-1 and C13B-2 with starting prices of 1.078 billion yuan and 679 million yuan respectively. Combined with the acquisition of a riverside commercial land in Hangzhou Qianjiang Century City for 663 million yuan on April 20, JD has already spent a total of 2.42 billion yuan in two days. Data shows that the Hangzhou land has a land area of 26,300 square meters, a plot ratio of 4.5, and a transaction floor price of 5,600 yuan per square meter.
