Pan-Asian Microfiltration announced that the profit distribution plan for the year 2025 is as follows: based on the total share capital registered on the record date of the equity distribution, a cash dividend of 3.50 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares, without bonus shares or capital reserve increase. As of March 31, 2026, the company's total share capital is 99,608,958 shares. Based on this, a total cash dividend of 34.8631 million yuan is proposed to be distributed, accounting for 32.11% of the net profit attributable to the shareholders of the listed company in the 2025 annual consolidated financial statements. This proposal still needs to be submitted to the company's 2025 annual general meeting of shareholders for review and approval.
