ST Smart: May face risk of delisting after disclosure of 2025 annual report

ST Intellectual announced that starting from April 23, 2025, the company's stock will be subject to delisting risk warnings. If the audited total profit, net profit, and net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses are all negative, and the net operating income after deduction is less than 300 million yuan after the 2025 annual report is disclosed, the company's stock will face the risk of being delisted. The company expects the operating income for 2025 to be between 360 million and 400 million yuan, and the attributable owner's equity of the listed company shareholders at the end of 2025 to be between 11.60 and 11.90 billion yuan. Currently, the preparation and auditing of the 2025 annual report is proceeding in an orderly manner.
