Today, reporters learned that the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Ministry of Education jointly issued a notice on the announcement of the list of pilot projects for the integration of professional and standardized education. A total of 281 pilot projects were selected nationwide. This pilot project is the first national pilot project for the integration of professional and standardized education conducted by the two departments, marking a new stage in the cultivation of standardized talents in China. The first batch of pilot projects were selected through procedures such as independent application, preliminary selection recommendation, expert review, and public announcement, covering 253 higher education institutions in 30 provinces across the country. The pilot programs cover key industries and livelihood areas such as artificial intelligence, smart manufacturing, low-altitude economy, food quality and safety, and modern services, with over 80% of the pilot projects involving collaboration with enterprises, research institutions, and other units related to standardization, with a total of 373 collaborating units. Through the pilot projects, it is expected to promote precise alignment of higher education institutions across the country with the needs of industrial development, and to train nearly 40,000 compound talents with both professional literacy and standardized knowledge and skills, effectively alleviating the shortage of talent in key industries.
