On April 20th, the United States International Trade Commission announced that it had made a final ruling on certain glass substrates used in liquid crystal displays, as well as their downstream products and methods for manufacturing such substrates. The ruling stated that the initial determination made by the administrative law judge on March 25, 2026, was not subject to review and partially terminated the investigation of the named defendant, Hisense USA Corporation of Suwanee, Georgia, based on a settlement.
