Private equity funds have hit a new high for the sixth consecutive month, and the industry continues to maintain a steady growth trend.

On April 20th, the China Securities Investment Fund Association released the latest data on private equity funds, showing that as of the end of March 2026, the total scale of private equity funds reached 22.72 trillion yuan, an increase of 0.12 trillion yuan from the end of February, once again setting a new historical record. Looking at the development trend of the industry, since surpassing the 22 trillion yuan mark for the first time at the end of October 2025, the total scale of private equity funds has set a new historical high for 6 consecutive months, demonstrating a steady growth momentum.
