Yifei Laser announced that, after self-examination, in 2023, revenues from 5 customers did not meet the recognition criteria, resulting in an overstatement of income by 26.3451 million yuan and an overstatement of profits by 4.315 million yuan, accounting for 3.78% and 4.27% of the annual revenue and net profit, respectively. On April 16, 2026, the company held a meeting to approve the error correction. After retrospective adjustment, the consolidated revenue for 2023 decreased to 671 million yuan, and the net profit decreased to 96.8035 million yuan; the net profit for the consolidated financial statements for 2024 increased to 35.8048 million yuan.
