The latest data on the changes in international crude oil prices tracked by institutions predict that the downward adjustment of this round of retail oil price limit will far exceed the required red line of 50 yuan/ton, therefore, this round of retail oil price limit is highly likely to be lowered. This will also mean that the retail price limit of refined oil in 2026 will experience its first downward adjustment. The specific adjustment amount will be subject to the final announcement by the National Development and Reform Commission.
