The Haikou Customs recently released statistical data, showing that in the first quarter of this year, the customs office inspected a total of 8300 departure tax refund applications, with a total application amount of 23.394 million yuan and a total tax refund amount of 2.908 million yuan. Compared with the same period last year, the number of applications increased by 16.8 times, the application amount increased by 8.3 times, and the tax refund amount increased by 8.5 times.
