The leader in charge of two A-share listed companies resigns: to switch to a consultant position and hopes to be reappointed as chairman in the future.

On April 20th, it was reported that Lu Hongda, who concurrently served as the chairman of both Zhidu Co., Ltd. and Guoguang Electric Co., Ltd., two A-share listed companies, resigned.
