A fire broke out in the Argentine Navy General Staff Headquarters on the evening of the 18th, injuring 5 people and causing dozens to be evacuated. Around 8 p.m. on the 18th, a fire occurred in the "Libertad Building" of the Argentine Navy General Staff Headquarters in the Retiro district of the capital Buenos Aires. 75 people were evacuated urgently, and at least 5 people were injured due to inhaling thick smoke. Witnesses said the fire was once very fierce. Preliminary investigation reports indicate that the fire started in a storage room on the 12th floor, and then quickly spread to the office area on the 13th floor. The fire has now been extinguished. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
