Oriental Securities announced that the company is planning to acquire 100% equity of Shanghai Securities Co., Ltd. through the issuance of A shares and cash payment. Due to the uncertainty of this matter, in order to safeguard the interests of investors and avoid abnormal fluctuations in stock prices, trading of the company's A shares will be suspended starting from April 20th, with an expected suspension period of no more than 10 trading days.
