On April 17th local time, during the 5th Antalya Diplomacy Forum, Kazakh President Tokayev attended and when asked how national leaders should balance their country's interests with international responsibilities and how to promote cooperation in addressing risks and challenges in the current turbulent international situation, Tokayev stated that "strategic restraint" is an essential quality for all national leaders.
