Meta paid $15.6 billion to Broadcom last year.

Technology company Meta disclosed in its shareholder meeting documents that it paid Broadcom $2.3 billion in the 2025 fiscal year for chip design, development, engineering services provided by Broadcom, as well as directly or indirectly purchased Broadcom component products, totaling approximately $2.3 billion. Earlier this week, Meta and Broadcom announced an expanded partnership to jointly develop Meta's next-generation AI chips, so Broadcom CEO Hock Tan will join the Meta board.
