AI chip manufacturer Cerebras has applied for a US IPO.

Cerebras Systems Inc. has applied for a US IPO and is seeking to trade its stocks on the NASDAQ under the symbol "CBRS". The company had a revenue of $510 million in 2025 and $290.3 million in 2024. OpenAI has provided the company with a $1 billion operating capital loan/working capital loan.
