Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sebiya stated on the 17th that Ukraine is ready to cooperate with German companies to produce more unmanned devices. Russian President's press secretary Peskov said on the 17th that the level of direct involvement of some European countries in the Russia-Ukraine conflict is deepening. Sebiya said during the Antalya Diplomacy Forum in Turkey that Ukraine is trying to replace soldiers on the battlefield with drones and ground unmanned systems, which will help save soldiers' lives. He mentioned that Ukraine still has great potential in drone production, currently only utilizing about half of its capacity, and more resources will be needed to increase production. Peskov commented on the data from the Russian Ministry of Defense regarding Ukraine-EU cooperation in producing drones at the daily media briefing on the 17th, stating that the level of direct involvement of some European countries in the Russia-Ukraine conflict is deepening. According to data released by the Russian Ministry of Defense on the 15th of this month, Ukrainian drone and its component manufacturing enterprises have wholly-owned or joint ventures in 8 European countries, including the UK, Germany, Denmark, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, and the Czech Republic. Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federation Security Council Medvedev posted on social media on the 15th that the Russian Ministry of Defense's disclosure of Ukraine's drone production locations in Europe is actually marking potential "legitimate targets" for the Russian armed forces.
