Zhongzhou Holdings announced that the operating income in 2025 was 2.594 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 39.99%. The net loss attributable to the shareholders of the listed company was 902 million yuan, compared to a net loss of 2.025 billion yuan in the same period of the previous year. The company plans not to distribute cash dividends, bonus shares, or increase the share capital through capital reserves.
