Chint Solar Announcement: The company plans to sign an investment agreement with Nanjing Yida Huiling Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise regarding the investment in Zhuhai Leadcore Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. Based on the agreement signed between Xiamen Yintech Sunshine Investment Partnership Enterprise and Yida Huiling concerning the transfer of shares of Zhuhai Leadcore Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., all parties have reached a consensus. Xiamen Yintech intends to transfer its 73.3846 million shares of Zhuhai Leadcore Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. at a price of 502 million yuan to Yida Huiling.
