Tianyis Technology: Company sues Shandong Changxin Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. and others for infringing on technology secrets, lawsuit amounting to 225 million yuan.

Tian Technology announced that the company is suing Wang Zhaoyun, Wang Jiarui, Wang Jianmin, Shandong Changxin Chemical Technology Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia Changxin Nanotechnology Co., Ltd., and Inner Mongolia Changxin Keyuan New Materials Co., Ltd. on the grounds of infringing on technology secrets. The company believes that the above-mentioned defendants are suspected of infringing on the plaintiff's technology secrets and violating the provisions of the "Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China." The lawsuit requests the defendants to stop infringing on the plaintiff's technology secrets, compensate the plaintiff for economic losses of RMB 37.424 million, bear punitive damages of RMB 187 million, totaling RMB 225 million, and bear the reasonable expenses incurred by the plaintiff for safeguarding their rights of RMB 300,000. The filing fees, property preservation fees, and all other litigation costs in this case are to be jointly borne by the six defendants.
