Haiyouxincai announced that its operating income in 2025 was 1.161 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 55.19%. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 493 million yuan, compared to a net loss of 558 million yuan in the same period last year. The company does not plan to distribute profits in 2025, will not issue cash dividends, bonus shares, or increase capital by capital reserves.
