On April 17th, a statement indicated that Siemens plans to make a decision on the spin-off of Siemens Healthineers at the annual shareholders' meeting in February 2027. As part of this spin-off plan, shareholders of Siemens AG will directly receive shares in Siemens Healthineers AG.
