The Hangzhou Tax Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation has investigated and dealt with multiple tax professional service agencies for illegally disseminating false promotional information.

Recently, the Hangzhou Municipal Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation dealt with 5 tax professional service agencies, including Hangzhou Hui Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Xing Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Tong Financial Management Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Qi Technology Co., Ltd., and Hangzhou Guan Taxation Firm, for illegal dissemination of false tax-related propaganda information through online monitoring and investigation. Upon investigation, the aforementioned 5 agencies used self-media, internet platforms, and other channels to promote business through false tax-related propaganda such as "tax planning" and "tax assessment", misinterpreting tax policies and misleading the public. This behavior not only disrupts the normal tax order but also violates the legitimate rights of taxpayers and fee payers, while also hindering fair market competition. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Measures for the Administration of Tax Professional Services", the competent tax authorities have interviewed the above-mentioned agencies separately, ordered them to remove the illegal content, promptly eliminate the impact, deduct their tax professional service credit points, downgrade their credit rating, and impose fines on those with serious violations.
