Miniso has established a new department, the AI Innovation Department, which is subordinate to the Digital Technology Center. Its positioning is to promote the intelligent upgrade of Miniso in the areas of business decision-making and office collaboration, with intelligent body AI capacity building as its core. It is understood that the department has opened multiple job positions, including site selection algorithm engineer, prediction algorithm engineer, Agent development engineer, AI solution engineer, AI intelligent body research expert, Python development engineer, and more. From the job responsibilities, it can be seen that the current core research directions of the AI Innovation Department mainly focus on two aspects: one is the intelligence of business decision-making, including intelligent site selection and spatial data modeling, global and regional sales forecasting, supply chain optimization, etc.; the other is the core capacity building of intelligent body, including the development of Agent Skill in office and business scenarios, MCP service architecture design, multi-Agent collaborative architecture research and development, etc. In recent years, Miniso's founder Ye Guofu has repeatedly emphasized the important role of digitization and intelligence. In his New Year's message to employees in 2025, Ye Guofu stated that insisting on digitization to improve efficiency means embracing the artificial intelligence trend comprehensively, using advanced digital tools and platforms to achieve the automation, standardization, and visualization of business processes.
