Sanan Optoelectronics: Terminates the acquisition of 100% equity of Lumileds Holding B.V.

Sanan Optoelectronics announces that the proposed acquisition of 100% equity of Lumileds Holding B.V. by jointly with overseas investor Inari Amertron Berhad for $239 million in cash has been terminated due to the US Committee on Foreign Investment determining that it poses unresolved national security risks. The parties involved in the transaction voluntarily withdrew their notification to CFIUS on April 17, 2026, and agreed to abandon the deal. The termination of the transaction does not constitute a breach and will not have a substantial adverse impact on the company's financial condition and ongoing operational capabilities.
