Changsha City Government signed a comprehensive cooperation framework agreement with Caixin Financial Holdings.

On April 16th, the Changsha Municipal People's Government signed a comprehensive cooperation framework agreement with Hunan Caixin Financial Holdings Group Co., Ltd. According to the agreement, both parties will jointly build a cooperation platform, cultivate industrial resources together, and share the fruits of development in accordance with the government-led, enterprise participation, and market operation model. During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period, the two parties will further carry out comprehensive cooperation in areas such as integrated finance, industrial development, data elements, people's livelihood, and social services. Caixin Financial Holdings will continue to provide comprehensive financial support for key projects in Changsha.
