On April 16, the closing session in New York, the yield on the 10-year US Treasury bonds rose by 2.38 basis points to 4.3072%. Before 10:00 PM Beijing time, it maintained a slight decline, stabilizing near 4.27%, and then continued to rise. The yield on 2-year US Treasury bonds rose by 1.23 basis points to 3.7737%; the yield on 30-year US Treasury bonds rose by 3.07 basis points to 4.9285%. The yield spread between 2-year and 10-year US Treasury bonds increased by 1.145 basis points to +52.934 basis points. The yield on 10-year Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities (TIPS) rose by 3 basis points to 1.9119%; the yield on 2-year TIPS rose by 0.51 basis points to 0.8478%; the yield on 30-year TIPS rose by 4.24 basis points to 2.6849%.
